Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. All sales are final. If you received your order damaged or defective you are eligible for a new product or a refund.  

If you are eligible for a new product or refund you can contact us at according2sam@gmx.com. Please specify if you would prefer a new product or a refund. You will be asked to provide a photograph of your damaged or defective order and a copy of the purchase order. We will reply to your request with a timeframe for resolving your issue. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
